Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
You can book through our reservation page via Beds24. Airbnb is also available but you can use coupon code 'SHIRAKO10' for 10% off when booking through this official site.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Free late checkout until 6:00 PM on weekdays.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy follows the booking platform's terms (Beds24/Airbnb). Please check the details when making your reservation.
Facilities & Amenities
What is the maximum capacity?
Up to 10 guests can stay. We have 8 semi-double beds available.
What is in the garage?
The garage has a bar counter Pac-Man arcade poker table darts and board games. A secret hideaway for adults and kids alike.
Is WiFi available?
Yes high-speed WiFi (fiber optic) is available for free.
Is there parking?
Yes we have free parking for 3 cars.
Is there a pool?
Yes a pool is available seasonally (summer). It can also be used as a cold bath after sauna.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes a washer and dryer are available.
Pets
Can I bring my pet?
Yes dogs up to 25kg are welcome. Indoor access is limited to the garage only. Not allowed on bedding.
Is there a dog run?
Yes we have an on-site dog run. Your dog can run freely and enjoy the stay with you.
BBQ & Sauna
Is there BBQ equipment?
Yes we have a Weber electric grill (optional 2200 yen). No charcoal needed for easy BBQ.
Is there a barrel sauna?
Yes we have a barrel sauna (optional 10000 yen). You can use the pool as a cold bath.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes you are free to bring your own food. There are shopping spots nearby.

What is the address?
The address is 2706-6 Sorigane, Shirako-machi, Chosei-gun, Chiba 299-4203, Japan. Please search for "Shirako Base" on Google Maps.
How do I get there from Tokyo?
About 1.5 hours by car from Tokyo Station via Keiyo Road and Togane Road. About 20 minutes from Togane IC.

What are the house rules?
- * Please keep quiet outdoors after 8 PM
- * Groups under 25 require prior consultation
- * No smoking indoors

How should I dispose of garbage?
Please leave garbage in the trash bins at checkout and we will take care of disposal.
